Dallas Jay Niles is an American black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a top competitor on the international grappling circuit having competed all over the US, Brazil, and Europe, and holds medals from the IBJJF Pan Championships, No Gi World Championships, and European Championships.
Dallas achieved his black belt directly under his professor and was a primary training partner of Rafael Lovato Jr., an American legend and one of only three Americans ever to win the World Championships of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and retire undefeated as Bellator Middleweight Champion.
With other World renowned training partners including 4X World Champion Victor Hugo and 7X World Champion Xande Ribeiro, Dallas has been fortunate enough to train with the best of the best. Renowned for his unorthodox attacks and positions, Dallas has become a best-selling instructor on BJJ Fanatics, the world’s leading Jiu Jitsu instructional platform.
Dallas was one of the head instructors at the world renowned Lovato Jiu Jitsu Headquarters for over a decade. Having taught 1,000’s of students from white to black belt and in 2023, Coach Dallas moved to Tulsa to share his passion for teaching Jiu Jitsu with the Tulsa community and bring his vision for Method Jiu Jitsu to life.
